2 quick, easy and healthy meal options

Easy to make, healthy and great tasting. Isn't that we want from all of our food?
Yes, it's easy to load up on sugar and carbs, but these two recipes will fill you up and there won't be the dreaded sugar crash afterward.
This week, there's a satisfying spinach salad and a berry cherry smoothie that you should try.

Berry Cherry Smoothie

1.5 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 of an avocado
1 cup coconut water or water
1 tbsp ground flax or chia

Blend and enjoy! Makes about 4 cups

Satisfying Spinach Salad

1 small clamshell of organic baby spinach (I used PC Organics brand)
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 strips of bacon, chopped
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 large or 2 small avocados, diced
4 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2-2/3 cup Ranch Dressing (I used Lighthouse Organic Ranch dressing).

Divide spinach evenly into 4 bowls. Arrange other toppings (again divided into 4) on top of spinach. Drizzle desired amount of dressing on top and serve!
