1. Why are you running for Councillor of Ward 5?
I live and love Ward 5 which everyone knows is a neglected ward, I want to make it Singapore.
2. What are your top 3 campaign priorities and why?
Affordability, Crime and Environmental issues.
3. How do you plan to actively involve and include residents in community decisions?
I was in the core committee for downtown development and I know what is required and wouldn’t happen unless I’m on the steering wheel.
4. How will you be actively supporting our local businesses if elected?
I’m a businessman and I know, in my building, half the most beautiful building (Sussex Centre) is empty.
5. What does Ward 5 currently excel at?
Ward 5 excels in dirt. This Ward has less property value than any other Ward especially Malton. Needs to be fixed.
