DeMarre Carroll's Next Level Basketball Camp chooses Mississauga for its Canadian debut

DeMarre Carroll of the Toronto Raptors has been a fan favorite since his arrival to Toronto in Summer 2015. Carroll has brought to the Raptors a hardworking attitude that surely has had a positive influence on the entire team.

Aside from his on court activities, Carroll is also very active with community and non-profit work. Carroll prides himself on engaging with fans and dedicating time into his charity, the Carroll Family Foundation (CFF). This foundation was created to help raise awareness and fundraise for Pediatric Liver Disease and Disorders.

One of the fundraising events Carroll host annually is the “DeMarre Carroll ‘Next Level’ Basketball Camp”. This camp, open to boys & girls aged 8-13 years old, is usually held in the United States. However, DeMarre is proud and excited to host his first ever camp in Canada right here in Mississauga, sponsored by Adidas Canada and with proceeds from this camp going to CFF.

The "DeMarre Carroll 'Next Level' Camp" will focus on core basketball skills through drills specifically designed by DeMarre himself and executed through professional coaches and players such as Coach Jeremie Kayeye (NBA Development League/National Basketball League of Canada) and professional player, Morgan Lewis (NCAA D2 Champion/National Basketball League of Canada/Dubai).

Every camper will receive a healthy lunch and snack daily along camp t-shirt, and autograph postcard from DeMarre.
