This smoothie recipe is so thick and creamy, you may need to swap that straw for a spoon!
1/3 cup each of frozen strawberries, blackberries and raspberries
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds plus some for garnish
Almonds for garnish
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If using fresh berries, add 1 cup ice and reduce coconut milk by 1/3.
Garnish with hemp seeds and a few almonds.
