Springtime smoothie


Now that spring is here, you'll be spending a lot more time outdoors. This is a great treat to enjoy in your backyard, during a nice spring walk, or any time you're savouring that fresh spring air.


1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 ripe banana
A big handful of baby spinach
2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice


Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
