Taste the Season! is back for 2021!
It’s the annual celebration of the seasons bounty with exceptional VQA wines and holiday-inspired food pairing experiences.
During the month of November on any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, guests will be able to discover what makes Niagara wines so special through exclusive, pre-reserved and safe winery experiences.

Guests will be able to purchase a ONE DAY PASS for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday in November and will have access to reserve FOUR WINERY TASTINGS on the selected day from over 20 partner wineries who will offer exclusive on-site winery experiences.

Individual winery tasting experiences must be booked in advance at set times of 11:00am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm each day based on availability. COVID-19 precautions and proof of vaccination are required at all locations.

How many people will be allowed to attend a specific tasting at each winery?
Each experience has its own tasting capacity at a winery based on social distancing.
Some wineries can accommodate 2 guests per tasting time slot, some could accommodate up to 20 guests.

How are the wineries ensuring proper safety guidelines are being followed?
Best practices are put in place.
Over the past year, our members have been working hard at implementing measures and protocols at their properties to create a safe and secure environment for welcoming guests back. We have been focusing on the following four safety pillars:
Proof of Vaccination for ALL indoor experiences is mandatory; zero exceptions.
Social distancing
Enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures
Commitment to health and well-being of all team members
All wineries are committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of our team, guests and community. And while all members have incorporated these four overarching safety pillars in their reopening plans, each winery is implementing its own policies and tactics, unique to its own operations, property size and layout.

How long is each tasting event?
Each experience should be about 30 minutes.
