There’s a new addition through Mississauga’s Winter Art After Dark exhibition happening December 5th to 7th from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m when it’s dark outside thanks to that ridiculous Daylight Saving Time…

Here’s how the City of Mississauga describes it:

Experience the Hazel McCallion Central Library like never before as its façade transforms into a spectacular canvas of light, colour and motion. This stunning 3D projection mapping exhibition features the work of eight talented local artists—Fatimah I., Ashton NightHawk, Inaya Sher, Miranda Li, Amanda Foulds, Alek Phan, Noodin Studio, and Rainier Naomi—who have created mesmerizing animated works exploring themes of technology, storytelling and imagination that reflect and showcase the wonders of Mississauga.

Through a partnership with AVA Animation and Visual Arts Inc., these artists participated in capacity-building workshops to develop their creative concepts and technical skills, resulting in a visually captivating display that reimagines the library through the magic of projection technology.
