The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra Returns to Port Credit for the Annual Symphony in the Park this July

On Sunday, July 6, the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra celebrates the arrival of summer with a free lakeside concert in Port Credit Memorial Park. Part of the City of Mississauga’s Summer Concert Series, the evening will feature a fun and accessible mix of light classical music, pop hits, and iconic movie themes. The performance will start at 6:30 PM.

“Performing outdoors as part of the City of Mississauga’s Summer Concert Series is always a highlight of our season. There’s something special about sharing great music in a relaxed, open-air setting—it brings the community together in a way that feels both joyful and meaningful. We’re proud to be part of this celebration of music in Mississauga.”

Maestro Denis Mastromonaco – Artistic Director and Conductor, Mississauga Symphony Orchestra

Last year’s Symphony in the Park attracted an audience of over 2,000 people. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to secure parking and a prime spot. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket from home. Seating will not be provided.

The City of Mississauga’s Summer Concert Series highlights the best of the city’s vibrant music scene with free outdoor concerts happening throughout July and August at Cooksville Four Corners, Port Credit Memorial Park, and Streetsville Village Square.
