We go in depth with a video review of the 2017 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Clubman to find out just how much fun this luxury crossover is.

We spend a week in Mazda's two-seater convertible roadster, the 2017 MX-5 RF and came away very impressed with this iconic car.

What stood out to me is how easy it was to get in and out of the CX-5. It’s at an ideal height that you don’t have to climb or slink in; it’s simply a matter of opening the door and doing a brief swivel to get your butt on the seat.

The cabin is quiet and when you’re in hybrid mode and the engine shuts off, well, it can get a bit too quiet if you’re not used to hybrid vehicles. Hey, if it’s saving me money, it can be dead quiet for all I care.

So while it can be said that the FoST may have an identity crisis on its hands (wheels?) I find it the most appealing of the three (RS and Fiesta ST) for my lifestyle. I want the power, I want the comfort, I want the utilitarianism and I want it all in one vehicle.

This Raptor is powered by a 3.5L twin-turbocharged V6 Ecoboost engine that roars out 450 horsepower and a whopping 510 lb-ft. of torque, all spun through an impressive 10-speed automatic gearbox.

Our tester is specifically titled as the XE 35t R-Sport AWD and appearance wise, it’s absolutely beautiful in typical modern day Jaguar form.  The broad, athletic stance coupled with nice and short overhangs, flowing design lines and an overall strong stance proves the XE has solid looks. 

Inside is where the Forte 5 SX shows its strength.
Starting with heated and cooled leather front seats, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, soft touch materials and a ton of others, Kia has really stepped up their game in creating a beautiful, functional cabin.

Now in its third generation, BMW’s X5 SUV…oops, Sports Activity Vehicle by their terms, is a beautiful and luxurious option for those who want the upper echelon of the crossover market.

Top up or top down, Canada’s luxury convertible SUV is sure to turn heads as you whisk by with your hair in the wind (and hopefully not the rain.)
 

It’s a crossover of sorts but it’s a car of sorts and a CUV of sorts…it’s a lot of things, really, depending on your perspective... there’s truly nothing quite like it on the road.

Honda thought it’d be a grand idea to have me spend a few days in Prince Edward Island to be one of the first to rack up a few hundred clicks on their new top-trim Touring offering and it would be rude if I said no.
With that, here are my takeaways and first impressions for the 2018 Honda Odyssey, complete with musical accompaniment:

With the introduction of Genesis being the newest luxury offering in an established market, the biggest obstacle they face is themselves and to break away from the parent brand, Hyundai.

2017 sees the introduction of the hatchback to the Canadian Cruze lineup. We spent a week in and around Mississauga with the top-tiered Premier model and came away impressed.

We spend a wonderful week in the 2017 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid while reducing our carbon footprint.

Volvo’s minimalist design is absolutely spectacular here. The most comfortable seats in the industry are ones that I’d love to have in my office and are heated and ventilated.
