With Thanksgiving only a few days away, this sweet carrot recipe is simple to make and adds colour to your meal.
1 small bag of organic baby carrots
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
- In a large frying pan on medium-high heat, combine all ingredients.
- When water comes to a slight boil, reduce heat and cover.
- Stir occasionally and cook until water has evaporated, carrots are slightly brown, or approximately 20 minutes.
