It's been a while since we've given you a great smoothie recipe, so as we wind down August, here's a healthy and great tasting one to start your week off right!
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh blueberries (leaving some for garnish)
1 tbsp white chia seeds (leave 1/2 for garnish)
Blend all ingredients, adding a little water if you like your smoothies less thick.
Top with chia & fresh blueberries and serve!
Makes two large servings.
