Modern Motoring: 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback

A quick review of the 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback, which was Canada's best-selling passenger car in calendar year 2025 and in 26 of the past 28 years.

With two of three trims being hybrid, it's nearly 1,000 km per full tank of fuel for potential distance travelled. Add in a smooth and comfortable drive with just enough pep, good standard features and class-leading cargo space, and the Civic Hatchback can be quite appealing.

Now if only the price would come down a bit...
