Depending on your weight and how much you want to lose, the apps will give you a certain amount of calories to eat per day and will notify you when you’re going over your limit.
Some apps even send you reminders to add in what you ate throughout the day so you don’t forget and can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This comes with an eight week meal plan which is guaranteed to help you lose weight. This app is big on suggestions – it will tell you to try a certain snack or meal. It also gives you some ideas on meal recipes.
Calorie Tracking app by arise
What I really liked about this app was that it really helped me avoid food cravings. I have this weird thing where I always want a big mac, but this app was able to get me away from that. It’s good because you can also use this app without data.
If you’re into simple and straight to the point- then Calorie Mama is for you. It’s one of the easiest calorie apps I have ever used. With this app, you can take a picture of your meal and it will give you the calories automatically.
Calorie Counter by Fat Secret
This app is neat because you get to actually interact with others on the app. You get to share your weight loss journey within their digital community!

I liked this app because you actually got to see the progress in which you were making. By this I mean if you lose weight, there would be a graph indicating you do so.
