Experience Mississauga's Jurassic World: The Exhibition

Starting April 21st, 2023, Mississauga will host the impressive, creating and astounding Jurassic World: The Exhibition walk-through attraction across from Square One.
(It’s the old Sport Chek building.)

This family-friendly immersive experience features impressive engineering and remarkable robotics, you’ll experience life-like dinosaurs based off the Jurassic Park movie franchise.

Visitors will experience innovative animatronic technology and immersive installations including Land of the Giants, Creation Lab, T. rex Kingdom, The Raptor Experience, Gyrosphere Valley and more.

It’s produced by NEON, a global leader in immersive and epic experiences and presented in conjunction with Universal Live Entertainment.

Visitors walk through the iconic “Jurassic World” gates, explore richly themed environments and encounter life-sized Velociraptors, a Brachiosaurus, and the most fearsome dinosaur of all, the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex.

Some key info:

It’ll take roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour to experience, however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

Operating hours are Monday-Sunday: 10 am–7 pm

There’s a sensory warning: this exhibit contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze.

As a fan of the original movie, the team has done an impressive job from the moment you enter to the time you hit the gift shop.
The dinosaurs are created in incredible detail, down to the eyelids, and the lab is interactive…you can even handle fake dino poop…through gloves, of course.

There’s a fun photo op up front with a green screen, the staff are very, very, very enthusiastic, which elevates the experience. With mundane staff, this exhibit wouldn’t be as wonderful as it is - hats off to them!
There’s a scary surprise at the end, well, let’s call it exciting. That’s all I’ll say.

Overall, this is going to be a well-visited attraction and as of now, there’s no end-date. Tag us on social media when you go!

Impressively, following an initial launch in Melbourne, Australia, Jurassic World: The Exhibition has become a global success with close to nearly five million visitors since 2016.  The Exhibition has opened its gates to excited fans in cities around the world including London, San Diego, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Philadelphia, Paris, Madrid, Seoul, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shanghai, and soon to open in Cologne, Germany.
