A Marvellous Gluten-Free Meatball Air Fryer Recipe

This time, we’re going with a glorious gluten-free meatballs air fryer recipe.
Use them as a side dish or as your main course.

(Makes 21 meatballs)
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients
Two pounds of lean ground beef
Half cup of almond flour
Two eggs
Half cup of finely chopped parsley
One tablespoon of Italian seasoning
One teaspoon of salt
One teaspoon of pepper

Directions
Gently yet thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Use an ice cream scoop slightly overfilled to scoop out and form your meatballs
Place a layer of parchment paper in your air fryer to reduce the mess
Place meatballs in your air fryer so they’re not touching
Cook at 350 F for 12 minutes
For a crispier exterior, cook for three additional minutes at 400 F

Once the meatballs are done, add them to pasta, any sauce of your preference, rice, or however you like to enjoy them.
