2. What inspired you to start your company?

I have always enjoyed helping people and businesses bring their ideas to life. Printing is a powerful form of marketing that supports this goal by turning concepts into tangible products. I was also motivated to establish a business that, once stable, would not be overly affected by seasonal fluctuations. Through my research, I identified a niche that aligned with these objectives—digital printing, with a particular focus on individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.

3. What's been the most impactful lesson you've learned being an entrepreneur?

The most impactful lessons I’ve learned are patience and innovation. I’ve come to accept that, despite my best efforts in marketing and operations, business growth does not always happen as quickly as expected. Additionally, I’ve learned the importance of staying flexible and innovative in my product offerings, adapting to customer needs and responding to what the market is asking for.

4. How do you unwind?

I like taking a walk, reading, spending time with family and friends and watching sports events.

5. What succinct advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

It is a difficult venture but realise that you are not alone and others have travelled similar road before you, so do not feel embarrassed to seek help.

6. What are your goals for 2025?

My goals for 2025, was to have a fully functional business and get to a stage where the business can cover its variable cost of operating. And we are on course to achieving this.

  1. How did the Mississauga Starter Company Plus program help you start or expand your business?

The Mississauga Starter Company Plus was very good for me. It opened me to coaches, other entrepreneurs and most importantly unknown resources and knowledge some of which are already yielding results in my business.
