A Terrific Teriyaki Salmon Air Fryer Recipe

To date, we’ve covered how easy it is for you to make the absolute best air fryer chicken wings, how to make deliciously divine Cajun lime chicken, vegan stuffed peppers, fabulous french fries, super and stellar stuffed mushrooms, gluten-free meatballs and a simple sausage recipe in your air fryer.
This time, we’re going with a terrific teriyaki salmon recipe.

Prep time: 35 minutes (30 minutes in the fridge)
Cook time: 7-9 minutes
Total time: 42-44 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup of soy sauce (tamari if you’re going gluten-free)
1/4 cup of unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup of honey
Two cloves of minced garlic
One tablespoon of sesame oil
Four salmon fillets

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Get a shallow baking dish and pour about 25% in the bottom of the dish.
Arrange the salmon fillets on top, then pour the rest of the sauce over the salmon. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, flipping half way.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 and place the fillets in, keeping plenty of space between them, and cook for 7-9 minutes until flaky in the middle and crispy on top.
Meanwhile, boil the marinade left in the dish for five minutes and use as a sauce for serving with the salmon.
Serve with rice and your favourite vegetable. We went with an Asian-inspired marinated cucumber salad!

Once cooked, add your favourite side dishes and your easy meal is ready.
